1. Services Provided

ADIWebsites.com offers website design, branding, and digital marketing services tailored for driving instructors and driving schools. Specific service details are outlined in individual package descriptions.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • All orders must be submitted via our official order form.

  • Payment must be made in full or in line with the chosen monthly/yearly plan before work begins.

  • Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, PayPal, or card payments via secure third-party processors.

  • Monthly plans require a minimum 12-month commitment unless otherwise agreed.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver initial drafts within 7–14 working days from receiving all required content and information. Final delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the order and responsiveness of the client.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a limited number of revisions as specified. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the draft.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled only if work has not yet begun.

  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  • Once work has commenced or files have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to all necessary materials (e.g., logos, images, content) to complete the work. Delays in providing required information may delay delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you are granted full rights to the final website, designs, and content delivered as part of your order.

  • ADIWebsites.com reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Hosting & Domains

  • Hosting is included in all website packages for 12 months. Renewal fees apply thereafter.

  • Domains are registered in your name where possible and included for the first year. Renewal costs apply after the first year.

9. AI Receptionist Services

The AI receptionist feature is provided through third-party tools. We will set up and test the service, but are not responsible for long-term maintenance or third-party outages.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we aim for perfection, ADIWebsites.com is not liable for any loss of business, income, or data arising from the use of our services, delays, or third-party software failures.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
