Non-Refundable Services
Due to the custom and digital nature of our work, the following items are non-refundable once work has commenced:

Once you have received your website draft or branding assets, no refunds will be issued.
Revisions Instead of Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a design or website draft, we will happily offer revisions based on the number included in your package. Our goal is to ensure you’re happy with the final result.
Refund Request Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of placing your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
